OUR COMPANY

Provcare has been in existence and operational since its inception in 1997, and was formed as a service counterpart providing support and technical services to its sister company Provcom, within the IT / Communications sector – mainly focusing on the Telecommunications sector servicing the Hospitality Industry largely.

Provcare in its own right over the years became a recognized service provider known for its high level of service, personal touch, attention to detail, and tailored solutions which clients came to know, trust and rely upon.

Provcare is a dynamic company trading from offices in Milnerton, Cape Town, with technical skills available nationally in most major centers throughout SA.

Our range of products and services comprise voice, data, and mobility from the smallest on-site Pabx to the largest Pabx with multiple branches. We offer solutions across multiple platforms from on-prem PABX solutions to off-prem cloud-hosted, digital technology and VOIP IP-based solutions. We believe that with our knowledge, expertise and access to multiple service providers, we can offer and deliver the perfect cost-effective tailored solution to fit any company’s needs and budget constraints.

OUR PRODUCTS

Our core focus from inception is to cater to our client’s telephony and communication needs whether this is on-site, hosted, or virtual and we have authorized installers and resellers of NEC, Yeastar, and IP Telecoms Pabx’s solutions. We also offer VoIP services through our range of ISPs such as Vodacom, ECN, MTN and Liquid, and believe we can provide the right solution at the right price for our clients.

As stated above Provcare was created as a service division as a standalone, independent company now it is focused on Service and Support Excellence, hence the “CARE”! much the same as when it was created, to service and support a client portfolio, a helper, and an aid.
